In this 3-hour online cooking class, Chef Francesco Mattana will share the secrets of Sardinian cuisine. You’ll start by making a simple but flavourful Pecorino and Honey Bruschetta, then move on to cooking Gnocchetti alla Campidanese, delicate saffron-infused gnocchetti paired with a sweet sausage ragu. You’ll also prepare Grilled Marinated Vegetables, which are perfect as a side or antipasto, before finishing with Almond Amaretti, traditional Sardinian biscuits that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. As well as bringing a taste of the island to your table, Chef Francesco will share tips, techniques and cultural insights as you discover the flavours of Sardinia together.
