In this 3-hour online cooking class, Chef Francesco Mattana will guide you through the secrets of Sicilian cuisine. You’ll start with a traditional sweet and sour vegetable dish, Caponata, then make Parmigiana di Melanzane, layers of aubergine, mozzarella and Parmesan baked in a simple tomato sauce. You’ll prepare Insalata Pantesca, a Sicilian potato salad before finishing with Torta al Limone, a classic Italian lemon cake. Throughout the class, you’ll pick up tips and tricks to make these classic Sicilian dishes effortlessly at home. Includes:

This class is not suitable for people who cannot consume gluten and eggs.
Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so as long as everyone is in the same room, you can have as many participants as you like!
