In this 3-hour online cooking class, Chef Francesco Mattana will guide you step-by-step to create timeless Italian dishes and show you how to bring authentic Italian family home-cooking to your table. To start, you will make a beautiful Rosemary and Olive Oil Focaccia while learning the techniques needed to achieve the perfect soft, fluffy texture and golden crust. Next you’ll cook Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, a hearty traditional meat sauce or a vegetarian option, Sugo Finto, a naturally plant-based Tuscan ragu. We'll finish on a sweet note by making Tiramisu, the iconic Italian dessert, to complete this Italian feast - fantastico!

This class is not suitable for people who cannot consume gluten.
Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so as long as everyone is in the same room, you can have as many participants as you like!
If you’re booking a place for yourself, but also want to book for someone in another household, you need to book two places and provide two email addresses at the point of booking.
