In this 2-hour online cooking class, you will master the art of fresh pasta making, so you can get it right every time. You will learn how to roll out your dough and make a range of pasta shapes, with or without a pasta machine, using both semolina and egg pasta doughs. During this lesson, you will also prepare a Sugo Finto, a traditional slow-cooked vegetarian Tuscan Ragu, to enjoy with your freshly made pasta.

This class is not suitable for people who cannot consume gluten.
Our online classes are sold on a per household basis, so as long as everyone is in the same room, you can have as many participants as you like!
