I started my own cooking journey 11 years ago as a chef in Italy. Since then I've worked in restaurants in Australia and London. In 2015, I founded a small Sardinian restaurant in Brisbane, Australia, before returning to Europe to learn more about cooking, teaching and to develop my knowledge of other cuisines. In 2018, I turned to teaching full-time and I was the Head Teacher Chef at Jamie Oliver's Cookery School in London after working for some of the top cookery schools in the city.
Now I offer cooking classes and run events and chef demonstrations in the UK and Italy. These are available to people of all levels, in English and Italian, and will introduce you to authentic Italian and Sardinian dishes, fresh pasta and Italian breads. Together with my partner Laura Connolly, a Social Content Producer, I also create social media and video content for brands and food platforms.
